There are no hidden costs with Del Sol Construction. Estimates are reviewed thoroughly with each client to be certain that they are getting the home they want. Most projects are on a Cost plus a Fee where the client knows all costs that are in his house. Changes are made knowing what the costs will be so that there are no surprises as the home is completed. The fee is usually based on a percentage of the cost. Since there is less risk for Newcastle as the builder, savings are passed on to the client.
Kitchens
We provide complete Kitchen remodeling, creating a new floor plan, installing new cabinetry with a wide variety of styles and finishes, and granite fabrication and tile installation.
